Refund, cancellation and delivery policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026.

Delivery

Our guides are digital PDFs. Right after payment you are taken to a page with download buttons, so delivery is instant. Nothing is shipped.

If you did not receive your download

Message us on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot and the guide name, and we will send it to you.

Refunds and cancellation

Because digital guides are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and kept, payments are non-refundable once the download is available. Please read the guide description and download the free sample before you buy.

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged and did not get access, contact us and we will fix it or refund the extra payment.

Live workshops

Live workshops are not recorded and payments for them are non-refundable. Please check the date and time before you pay.
